Vice President of Sales & Marketing- Private Sector - BlueTeam

BlueTeam is looking for a driven and motivated Vice President of Sales & Marketing who will be responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through planning, deployment, and management of all sales & marketing personnel and strategies. This role will build, mentor and train teams to drive revenue by finding new clients, growing existing clients as well as build marketing plans to support the overall company’s goals. 

This role requires a high degree of communication skills and ability to foster and grow cooperation amongst several departments throughout the sales cycle.  Highly disciplined and organized, self-starter who can understand and breakdown complex client structures and organizations to create clear trackable targets and utilize relations between major clients to expand relationships. 

What you’ll do....

  • Direct management of National Sales Team, including Business Development Managers, Client Liaisons, Account Managers, Customer Service, and Account Development teams
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to align with company and organizational goals and initiatives
  • Utilize CRM system to generate reports to monitor the activities of the Sales Team, effectiveness, and customer growth over time
  • Drive mapping of client organizations by the Sales Team
  • Drive customer engagement and maximize client penetration via proper assignment of sales team to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service experience
  • Manage relationships with assigned customers including managing client on-boarding implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage account relationships, contract negotiations, sales, pricing, billing, and logistics
  • Train and mentor new sales team members as well as sales administrator/coordinator support team
  • Create and track metrics on Operations Sales Team
  • Influence the entire company to be a Sales First and Customer Service Oriented Organization
  • Manage CRM program, administrative functions, reporting, KPI’s, and metrics
  • Develop & manage the Customer Service Department including KPI’s, tracking projects, and deliverables to proactively identify issues.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or 5 to 10 years in sales to direct clients in commercial property ownership and or management with portfolios in excess of 100 properties throughout the United States; or 5 years in a VP or higher role
  • At least five (5) to ten (10) + years in commercial construction, hospitality or senior living market or related experience and/or training. 
  • Leadership experience in commercial; disaster recovery, construction and roofing preferred
  • Excellent management skills
  • Build out and manage CRM systems via internal staff or outside vendors
