Marketing Manager - Private Sector - BlueTeam

What we are looking for in a Marketing Manager...

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for driving brand strategy and creating engaging digital content? Are you a master event planner with experience coordinating tradeshows and corporate events? Are you an expert in online content, marketing, and social media development strategies? If so, BlueTeam is looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join our team!

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our entire organization. You will use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning and oversee the production of all promotional and marketing campaigns. You will report marketing and sales results to senior executives and manage internal resources and outside vendors including marketing agencies, writers, photographers, and promotional item resellers.

What you’ll do....

  • Cultivate actionable sales leads through coordinated marketing efforts to include print, digital, events, OOH, and CRM activities
  • Manage existing print collateral and build out new items to support brand and sales needs
  • Manage internal employee(s) within the marketing group
  • Manage Digital Marketing Agency and third-party vendors
  • Manage the BlueTeam Store through a third party, ensuring correct merchandise and inventory levels for corporate and field needs
  • Manage the external gifts and collateral used by sales team to engage with clients and prospects as well as internal items used for corporate/team events and holidays
  • Develop and manage tradeshow calendar, event process, ROI metrics, and ensure proper execution of all events
  • Review CPA, ROAS, and other metrics with marketing agency to hold them accountable to their success metrics
  • Drive the brand strategy and all digital assets
  • Manage all social media channels and corporate website with the support of third-party agency
  • Work with the field to cultivate a library of photos and videos from job sites for use on social media, the website, or for marketing materials including scheduling photographers/videographers
  • Write, edit, create, and proof, or review through third party agency, content based on an annual content calendar: email, social, webinars, and blog posts
  • Create decks and marketing material as needed for client engagements: in person, tradeshows, and online
  • Coordinate execution of quarterly corporate newsletter
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies
  • Manage Marketing portion of onboarding for employees
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required

What you’ll need...

  • Qualifications
    • 4+ years working in a marketing capacity
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
    • Highly organized
    • Successful history of leveraging marketing activities to generate sales leads and coordination with sales team through proper CRM functions
    • Event planning experience including tradeshows, corporate and client events
    • Experience developing print and promotional marketing materials (shirts, polos, hats, gifts, etc.)
    • Well-versed in online content, digital marketing, and social media development strategies
    • Knowledge and ability to use email marketing software such as Mailchimp
    • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with project/task management software like Asana or Monday
    • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pipedrive or other CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Occasional need to work unpredictable hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) from a four-year college or university; or five (5) + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
