Join the exciting BlueTeam! The Inside Sales Representative is an essential partner in the selling and customer experience process. The ISR is responsible for handling the inbound sales volume, for all customers, properly qualify and manage each call. Qualified candidates must be results driven. The ISR is also responsible for outbound, pro-active sales generation. This role should have a clear understanding of the entire sales process, and the ability to identify customer opportunity and potential as well as the rules of engagement for handling the sale. The ISR is also a key player in opportunity management within the CRM, as well as proper flow of each customer/prospect engagement. This position will offer world class service for every customer interaction.

What you’ll do....

  • Heavy emphasis on outbound calls
  • Demonstrate business acumen and leadership to identify potential customer growth opportunities for sales
  • Manage inbound and outbound emails effectively
  • Hold professionally engaging conversations over the phone and via e-mail
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle for each opportunity/lead
  • Proactively source, strategize, and develop new client relationships and referrals
  • Generate leads and sell new accounts for various company services
  • Maintain and develop customer success procedures and best practices
  • Support Sales Division with pre-sales planning and strategies
  • Responsible for market research and to identify key target customers
  • Work within the CRM to develop client organization and touch points
  • Work to exceed revenue targets and KPI's as set by Supervisor
  • Develop sales strategies to capitalize on inbound/outbound call wins and volume growth
  • Keep up to date with storm related events or facility events to identify opportunities for new business
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all services
  • Document sales activities and leverage business intelligence through CRM
  • Know the key steps of projects and project management
  • Ability to navigate the CRM effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate desire to succeed and win with a positive and professional attitude
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need...

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field from a four-year college or university; and/or
  • Two (2) + years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in service base sales, restoration, or construction. 
  • Customer service and new account development experience
  • Strong PC proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
  • Industry knowledge: Restoration, Reconstruction and/or Commercial Roofing
  • Prospecting / Cold Calling / Referral generation
  • Customer Service
  • Lead Sourcing
  • Closing and Negotiating
  • Time Management
  • Organization
  • Excellent follow up skills (leads, issue resolution, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Ability to meet sales goals, motivation for sales, territory management, presentation skills, performance management, building relationships, emphasizing excellence, results driven, sales planning, managing profitability, etc.
  • Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
